Phare/radar de proximité Varia RTL510
Feu arrière très sécurisant pour les sorties route, en particulier par visibilité réduite. L'avertissement sonore et lumineux sur l'unité GPS (Garmin edge 830 dans mon cas) m'indique qu'une voiture approche et fourni une estimation de sa vitesse relative. Le clignotement de la lumière arrière s'accélère également, ce qui peut doit aider un peu la visibilité par les voitures. Les quelques points d'attention à l'achat:
- il faut avoir un compteur GPS/montre GPS qui supporte les radars varia (pas de soucis sur les compteurs etmontres Garmin récents) ou l'affichage dédié (pas testé) pour profiter de l'affichage. À défaut, c'est un simple feu arrière qui clignote plus vite en présence des voitures.
- la batterie en mode fixe + radar descend vite (6h me paraît honnête, mais attention, il vaut donc mieux recharger entre chaque sortie).
- aucun souci sous la pluie, les projections de boue (utilisé en gravel par tout temps).
