Le transport de votre colis

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. If the order is placed before 3 p.m., we promise to ship it the same day.

Le mode d'expédition standard est le Colissimo suivi, remis sans signature à destination de la France métropolitaine, de la France d'Outre-mer et dans l'Union européenne. If you want a delivery with signature, an additional cost applies, please contact us. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Items are carefully packaged inside parcels.

Shipping costs to mainland France and Corsica are charged to you at only 2.99 euros including tax, regardless of the weight of your order!

The fixed price for a delivery in a country of the European Union or in the Overseas Territories is 15 euros TTC.

Delivery is free throughout the Grenoble conurbation.

We would like to inform our customers that MG-Affaires is in no way responsible for any delays or damage to the package caused by the delivery service.

MG-Affaires undertakes to ship the order within 2 working days from the moment it has been finalized (payment made).
Generally, the delays are 48 to 72 hours between the moment an order is validated on the shop and the reception of it at the address indicated.
