The Forerunner 245/245 Music watch provides performance stats such as VO2max, aerobic and anaerobic training effect, and training status that shows whether you're overtraining or undertraining.
The watch tracks advanced dynamic running metrics such as ground contact time and stride length.
You can sync your favorite music from music streaming services (Deezer/Spotify) and store up to 500 tracks directly on the watch without requiring your phone.
Select free training programs (Garmin Coach) that adapt to your goals or take control of your training by creating personalized sessions on the Garmin Connect platform.

MUSIC
You can simply download up to 500 tracks to your watch, from your own MP3 collection, or from third-party streaming apps like Spotify or Deezer. You can also connect Bluetooth headphones to listen to your music without requiring a phone.

ADVANCED PHYSIO FEATURE
This feature assesses your training level to indicate if you're overtraining or undertraining and gives you additional insights into your performance such as VO2 max, effect of aerobic and anaerobic training, training load. ..

tarif imbattable pas rapport aux grandes enseignes et service de livraison au top. Le produit répond en tous points aux attentes. De belles évolutions par rapport à mon modèle 230 qui commençait à perdre en autonomie : autonomie doublée, cardio poignet, SP02, nouveaux menus très sympa, mode montre à aiguille, etc, etc, etc.

Livrée rapidement merci. Par rapport à mon ancienne montre (tomtom) la 245 music présente plein de petits plus qui vont me faciliter l'entraînement. Dommage je l'ai achetée le jour ou Garmin a planté, je ne peux pas encore me servir de tout. Compatible avec mon casque Plantronics. A voir sur le temps long....

Il ne me manque plus que les écouteurs bluetooth pour profiter pleinement de toutes les fonctions proposé. Dommage que vous ne vendez pas ce type d'article...

Très contente de ce produit,
La montre ne me quitte plus, le coach me prépare pour la course.
Seul bémol, je n'utilise finalement pas trop la fonction musique, mais là ce n'est absolument pas lié au produit mais plutôt à mes habitudes...
Le vendeur est très sympa, livraison à domicile (proximité région grenobloise) en période de fêtes de fin d'années, un grand merci.
Je recommande totalement, et notre famille de sportifs n'hésitera pas à commander à nouveau sur ce site.
