The Ascender Deuter is a hydration backpack that covers all trail-running practices.
The Ascender 7 has a volume of 7 liters, it is suitable for short and medium distance races (80 km)
For long-distance Ultra-Trail type races where you need to carry gear accordingly, the Ascender 13 is the bag for you.
