The Mutant 38 is a very compact and very light bag that has a multitude of functions for summer and winter use.
In winter, the back panel prevents snow from entering the bag. The side loops allow you to attach skis and the attachment of the ice ax is quick and secure thanks to the ToolLockTM system.
For use in summer, it is possible to remove certain elements specific to winter in order to reduce the weight of the bag by 380g.
The straps of the bag are ventilated and thus avoid perspiration during the effort.
The FlapJacket ™ located on the top of the bag seals and keeps the transported load compressed.
The bag has very useful pockets, one above to carry a rope and a zipped pocket under the flap.

sac osprey mutant 38

C'est vraiment un très bon sac, bien pensé et solide, qualité de confort de portage, même bien chargé, rien à dire. Pour ce qui est du service client, ils répondent au téléphone et vous renseigne comme il faut, livré dans un délais record( je devais partir en montagne, dans les 4 jours "il me semble", le sac était là). Très honnêtement il n'y a rien à dire, ils sont vraiment sèrieux.

Le sac d'hiver à tout faire

Livré rapidement et bien emballé. Volume adaptable en fonction de son utilisation de 28L environ à 38L (généreux). Tout en étant bien accessoirisé. Capable de supporter des charges lourdes en étant léger à vide et confortable. Une fois chargé correctement il se fait oublier. Etanchéité excellente, même posé dans la neige (petite humidité par contact prolongé mais rien de méchant). Les mousses meshés ne gardent pas la neige et sèchent rapidement, sac parfait en hiver comme en été (c'est ce qui à finalisé mon choix). Système de sangles de compression génial et facile à manipuler (même ganté). Portes piolets pratiques et rapides, même si on ne peut pas les enlever sac sur le dos. Après quasi 1 an d'utilisation en Alpi, cascade de glace, grimpe, aucun soucis. Ceinture parfaitement compatible avec un baudrier une fois bien réglé sur le dos. Pas de gêne lors du port d'un casque, même chargé à fond et en levant la tête. En vert il est sobre et élégant, rien que du bonheur. Manque une cordelette (Osprey nous laisse le choix) sur le devant pour fixation des crampons (tester et efficace même pour la doudoune "au cas où".

Sac non testé pour l'instant.
Superbe accessoirisation! Le sac est modulaire, on peut l'alléger en retirant facilement le rabat supérieur et le chassis dorsal.

Super sac à dos

Livré rapidement malgré une rupture de stock. Bravo pour l'efficacité.
Deux jours de rando à ski dans le massif du grand Paradis avec ce sac, il est vraiment parfait : léger, confortable, portage des skis super facile, volume variable et suffisamment grand (pour une rando sur glacier)
