Les performances thermiques du sac de couchage Hamelin selon la norme ISO 23537-1:2022
:

The standard defines two temperatures, “Comfort” and “Lower Limit” to evaluate the thermal performance of a sleeping bag.
This standard makes it possible to compare the different models on the market and to help the practitioner in his choice.

- Comfort temperature:

This temperature corresponds to the temperature of use for which one expects to sleep relaxed.
If you are chilly or a woman, use this size to choose the model.

- Lower Limit temperature:

This is the temperature at which a standard human can sleep for eight hours in a curled up position without waking up.
If you consider yourself a high body temperature sleeper, use this value to gauge the coldest temperature the bag can be subjected to.

Technologies:

 Revive Loft technology

Revive Loft is a synthetic insulation Composed at 100 % multi-Deniers recycled post-consumption polyester, RCS certified and and approved by Bluesign. A strong commitment from the Sea to Summit brand for the planet.
Hollow fibers imprison air to maximize thermal performance.
The three values of money used for fiber offer softness and durability.

Revive Loft Sea to Summit technology for eco-responsible manufacturing!

• Traitement hydrofuge Ultra-Dry Down sans PFC

The Ultra-Dry Down Sea To Summit treatment reduces the negative effects of humidity on the down.
It protects the down from external humidity and condensation inside the sleeping bag.
This helps prevent humidity from the insulation when the sleeping bag comes into contact with the condensation on the tent wall, for example.

The sleeping bag dries faster, without compromising its breathability or durability the treatment remains effective for at least 20 washes.

This sustainable water repellent treatment (DWR) is without PFC.

• Tissus recyclés RCS

The fabrics and materials used in SEA to Summit products are recycled certified in accordance with the recycle claim standard. RCS is a voluntary international standard that uses the ISO definition of the term "recycled". It defines criteria for certification by third parties of recycled inputs and guarantees responsibility throughout the supply chain.

Sea to Summit takes into account the environmental impact in the choice of its materials, and recycled materials are only chosen when they respond to the appropriate performance and sustainability levels.
