The 418/438 Up & Down Fit Grip TSL snowshoes offer exceptional grip on all types of snow.
The chassis is equipped with side grips, eight interchangeable spikes and a front claw.
The front clamping is done thanks to the BOA system which provides a fine and precise adjustment.
The Up & Down Grip system is patented by TSL. It facilitates ascents thanks to the climbing wedge and improves comfort during descents by preventing the foot from bumping into the front of the shoe.

Specificities of the 418/438 Up & Down Fit Grip TSL rackets:
FRAME
- The wasp-waisted shape allows a natural gait and an irreproachable grip.
- 3D design for good grip on slopes
SETTING:
- Lock Adjustment size adjustment: Easy to perform, this rack and pinion adjustment system saves the memorization of your shoe for all snowshoe outings. The adjustment is made simply by sliding the rear part of the binding.
FRONT ATTACHMENT:
- BOA Fit System tightening system: the BOA system eliminates pressure points by distributing the tightening evenly. It also allows you to customize your setting instantly to quickly insert or remove your foot from the binding.
REAR FIXING:
- Heel tightening by rack-and-pinion instep strap for precise and quick entry
- The comfort strap optimizes the contact areas of the ankle for better support
- Noise and shock absorber
AMORTIZATION:
- The S.S.A.S noise and shock absorber (TSL patent) provides unparalleled comfort
LA CALE UP & DOWN (Brevet TSL):
This new climbing wedge, equipped with the Up & Down system, reduces the effects of slope and considerably improves walking comfort both uphill and downhill.
Uphill:
The wedge raises the heel, relieves the calf and allows support with maximum grip.
Downhill:
The back of the binding passes under the sieve to keep the foot flat, preventing the foot from bumping into the front of the shoe.

Raquettes 438 essayées une fois, très agréables et super adhérence. J'ai trouvé le système Up&Down agréable. Les fixations sont faciles à régler et rapides à serrer/déserrer.
Effectivement, l'effet de l'amortisseur de bruit n'est pas évident, mais ça doit sans doute dépendre de la qualité de la neige.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié les conseils et la rapidité d'envoi !

418 et 438 Utilisées deux jours sur neige dure et glacée ou fondante en fin de journée : jamais mises en défaut.
Parfaite tenue en montée, descente et dévers. Système de fixation extrêmement facile à régler et tenue au top. En plus très légères !
