- fine toothed blade of 3 mm at the tip, ensuring good anchoring quality in hard snow and ice
- thicker blade in the center to improve grip in soft snow
- teeth in the upper part of the blade reinforcing the hold of the ice ax when using the ice axe-ramp
- robust stainless steel tip for very good penetration in hard snow when used as an ice axe-cane

- very resistant steel purlin offering a comfortable support surface and with a design of the edges allowing to cut steps efficiently
- inclined tip to guide the ice ax correctly in the snow
- high quality 7075 aluminum handle (used in aeronautics), with anodized finish (avoids oxidation)

- head and tip equipped with holes for the passage of a carabiner or a strap
