Energy Caffeine Torq isotonic drink provides the body with the hydration and fuel needed during endurance activities.
The included caffeine, derived from natural guarana, increases fat mobilization for fuel, increases muscle activation and reduces calorie consumption.
Caffeine also acts as a psychological stimulant, it promotes concentration in case of fatigue at the end of a long distance race.
The drink is made from a maltodextrin (glucose/fructose) multiple transportable carbohydrate blend, it contains the five key electrolytes lost through sweat.

Usage tips:
Energy Caffeine Torq drink is available in single-use sachets, to be added to 500ml of water, in 500g pouches (for 15x500ml of drink) or in 1.5Kg pouches (for 45x500ml of drink).
Preparation:
1) Use 1 level scoop of Energy Caffeine Torq powder per 250ml of water (2 scoops for 500ml, 3 scoops for 750ml and 4 scoops for 1 litre).
2) Always add powder to water, not water to powder to ensure easy mixing.
3) Fill bottle halfway with water, add scoops of powder, replace lid and shake vigorously.
4) Fill the bottle with water, shake again and your Energy Caffeine Torq energy drink is ready to drink.
