The Fenix u200bu200b3 HR Garmin watch has an optical sensor on the wrist to measure heart rate very simply.
A real jewel of technology, it offers all the functions you will need for the practice of your outdoor sports.

DESIGN
For this HR model, Garmin has opted for an ultra-resistant domed sapphire crystal that prevents scratches. The silicone strap is comfortable and ensures good support of it around the wrist, the watch does not turn and the loop that holds the end of the strap brings all its efficiency...

GPS POSITIONING
The Fenix u200bu200b3 HR benefits from extremely precise positioning, even in difficult environments thanks to its omnidirectional stainless steel EXO™ antenna distributed over the surface of the watch.
GPS geolocation is accurate and fast thanks to dual GPS satellite support and GLONASS (Global Navigation Satellite System, Russian geo-positioning system).

SCREEN
Equipped with a 1.2-inch Chroma anti-reflective color screen (30mm in diameter), with good resolution (218×218 pixels), the watch is anti-reflective and readable in direct sunlight.
2 display modes are available to guarantee perfect readability depending on the light: white display on a black background or black on a white background.

FUNCTIONING
Navigation is done using 5 buttons that can be used as shortcuts to specific functions (Bluetooth menu, save position, start a timer or countdown, etc.).
The Light button is used to lock the watch in order to inhibit any inadvertent action.

NAVIGATION FUNCTIONS
The watch is equipped with numerous sensors, a 3-axis electronic compass, a barometric altimeter and a thermometer.
The watch integrates the following navigation functions: recording of the track, return to the starting point, route tracking, arrow of the direction to follow...



OPTICAL CARDIO SENSOR
Specific to the Fenix u200bu200b3 HR, the watch has the Elevate optical cardio developed by Garmin. On the wrist, the sensor is no problem and avoids the addition of a cardio belt.
It is used in 2 different ways:
- a recording once per second
- 24-hour recording at variable intervals depending on your activity (allows you to measure your resting heart rate).
Heart rate data is visible on 2 specific screens, one gives the heart rate of the moment, a graph over the last 4 hours and the resting heart rate of the day, the other gives the evolution of the heart rate at rest within 7 days.



HRM-RUN BELT (OPTION or Fenix u200bu200b3 HR version with HRM-RUN)
For certain data, the HRM-RUN belt is necessary in addition to the optical sensor, in particular to measure stride length, ground contact time, left/right balance, vertical ratio, stress score, performance indicator .

ABC SENSOR (with self-calibration)
No adjustment has been made, the watch is equipped with a barometric altimeter (altitude and barometric pressure) and a 3-axis electronic compass (compass) with self-calibration (GPS).

WIRELESS CONNECTIVITIES
You can download all your data for analysis on your computer (Garmin Connect).
Data transfer is wireless to Garmin Connect, LiveTrack (with the Garmin Connect Mobile app) and Smart Notification 4.
Equipped with a Bluetooth link to transfer data wirelessly to a smartphone, the Fenix u200bu200b3 HR can connect to an internet box via Wifi, which allows it to automatically synchronize its data on Garmin Connect™ and update the software of the watch.
You can receive SMS emails and alerts directly on your watch.
If necessary, the watch is ANT+ compatible, you can add accessories (cardio belt, power sensor, etc.) at your convenience.

APPLICATION CONNECT IQ
The dial is fully customizable, it offers the possibility to add widgets, data fields, new activities...
Connect IQ gives access to hundreds of information and on the screen two bars complete the display with a progress bar towards the objective of the number of daily steps and an inactivity bar.

WATERPROOFING
This water resistant watch up to 100 meters is ideal for swimming.
