Heart frequency monitor HRM 600 Garmin
The HRM 600 Garmin cardiofrequency monitor is designed for demanding athletes on metrics.
It provides precise data on heart rate and its variability (VFC).
It takes care of the advanced racing dynamics metrics (racing economy).
The data, heart rate, calories, speed, distance, ..., are saved and then transferred to the Garmin Connect application of a smartphone.

Metric "Race Economy"
Measure your overall energy efficiency during the race, including the loss of ground impact on the ground, which tells you how slow you slow down each stride.
This feature is active when you associate your watch compatible with the HRM 600 sensor.
The race saving is a performance metric that is defined by the ability of the runner to move at a certain pace by spending as little energy as possible.
This measure depends on the oxygen consumption necessary for displacement at a given speed in an endurance effort.
The result is dealt with in the form of a coefficient.
In comparison, a car that consumes 3l/100km will go further at the same speed with the same full as a car which rolls at 6L/100km. Likewise, a runner with a better race economy will run longer at the same speed than his competitor.
The more optimal the race saving, the more effective the stride, and the longer the runner can run by spending the same energy.
