ROBUST DESIGN

GPS Montana 710, 710i and 760i comply with the military standard MIL-STD-810G. Designed with resistant materials, they are robust, waterproof with water (up to 100 m) and dust and resist shock and vibrations. The 5 -inch touch screen is very convenient for navigation and is even used with gloves.

BATTERY LIFE

GPS have a large, large rechargeable lithium-ion battery which offers 24 hours of autonomy in GPS mode and up to 300 hours in shipping mode. The GPS Montana 710 less energy delicious than the GPS Montana 710i/760i due to the integration of the Inreach module can also be powered with traditional AA batteries (optional battery block)

The preloaded TopoActive Europe maps give you valuable information during your activities (altitudes, rivers, sides, historical monuments...).

CAPTEURS INTÉGRÉS

The GPS Montana 710/710i/760i includes an electronic compass with 3 axis tilt compensation and a barometric altimeter which follows atmospheric pressure changes in order to detect a precise altitude. With these sensors, you have the possibility of graphically representing the barometric pressure over time.

DOG TRACKING

GPS Montana 710/710i/760i synchronize with Astro and Alpha dog tracking GPS in order to facilitate the hunter task on the ground.

PARTAGE DE POSITION / SÉCURITÉ

The LiveTrack function allows your loved ones to follow you in real time (routes, waypoints, etc.) using other compatible Garmin wireless devices.

MODE EXPÉDITION

The expedition mode is very interesting, it allows to optimize the battery life as much as possible. This is an ultra-low power GPS feature to keep your track record for a week (see more).

The GPS Montana 710i and Montana 760i integrate inreach technology (required subscription) which allows you to stay in touch when the mobile network is non -existent. The GPS can send an SOS at any time to the emergency intervention team Geos to receive aid in an emergency. Geos is a continuous accessible research and rescue coordination center.
GPS also allow you to share your position with the LiveTrack function via the global Iridium satellite network (sending and receiving messages, satellite subscription required).

The Azerty keyboard now integrated into Montana 710/710i/760i GPS allows you to easily enter messages.

The available weather forecast service available provides detailed updates directly to your Portable GPS Montana 710/710i/760i to give you information on the weather.

The City Navigator cards are directly preloaded on the GPS Montana 710i and Montana 760i.
You can easily switch from navigating on trails to navigating on the road thanks to this road mapping with voice guidance.

Specificities of Montana 760i GPS:

In addition to the Inreach module Le Montana 760i into an 8 megapixel camera (camera).
You can position your photos directly on the map using geotags.
