The LifeStraw filter straw has been redesigned to provide a better user experience.
The new filter reduces clogging from sand and silt for better long-term flow.

Now, the straw can be used in two ways. Either by drinking directly from lakes, rivers and streams, or by gravity pouring unfit water from the top from a bottle or hose. 

The straw can be screwed onto any commercial bottle neck (Cristaline, Evian, Volvic, Vittel, etc.).      

Consisting of a microfilter with a hollow fiber membrane, dirty water enters one side of the straw and drinking water passes through the pores while bacteria, parasites, microplastics and dirt are blocked.
