Alpine FLZ Black Diamond Poles

For this new version, the Alpine FLZ Black Diamond is now equipped with SlideLock technology for easier use during deployment. Solid, foldable and versatile, the hold of the joints is also reinforced, which increases the sturdiness of the pole.

The FlickLock Pro system (clamshell) offers great latitude in adjusting the size of the stick according to the profile of the terrain. The stainless steel FlickLock Pro is one of the most powerful adjustment systems with optimal locking force.
The Alpine FLZ is a very versatile hiking pole, resistant thanks to its aluminum composition and compressible (Z-Pole rapid deployment system).
Featuring SlideLock Z-Pole technology, it offers quick deployment and very compact storage when folded.
Interchangeable carbide or rubber Tech Tips can be adapted to the type of terrain. The cork handle is very breathable and the EVA foam extension improves grip and grip on slopes.
Two types of pucks are supplied depending on the season, 60 mm Trekking pucks for summer treks and larger "Powder Compactor" pucks for winter powder.

The Z-Pole rapid deployment system with new technology "SlideLock":

Innovative SlideLock technology makes it quick and easy to unfold and fold the Z-Poles.
Push the SlideLock mechanism towards the top of the pole to release the internal Kevlar cable. This allows the junctions to be disassembled and the strands of the Z-Pole to be refolded.
For quick reassembly, pull the top strand down while letting the bottom strands catch. Pull until the SlideLock mechanism clicks into place and the lock icon is fully visible. The strands are now locked and the sticks ready to use!
