Dauphinois gratin recipe for 2 people:
1) IT ISPlach 4 potatoes and cut them into rings in the dish.
2) Add 2 cloves of garlic and a pinch of salt.
3) Add 25 cl of liquid cream and stir.
4) Position the dish in the barbecue oven and cook for 40 minutes.
