Use:
Prepare your drink according to your practice.
1) A spoon diluted in 500 ml of water u003d ideal isotonic drink, with 38g of carbohydrates for a good balance energy/hydration
2) ½ spoon: perfect hypotonic drink in strong heat (~ 20g of carbohydrates)
3) 1.5 spoon: hypertonic drink for very intense efforts or if you drink little (~ 60g of carbohydrates)
The more you drink, the more you can dilute. The less you drink, the more you can focus!
