The gels are made with raw, unprocessed ingredients (60% fruit, agave syrup, extra virgin olive oil PDO Kalamata, aromatic plants).

Baouw recipes are developed by Yoann Conte, two-star Michelin chef in collaboration with Benoit Nave, nutritionist (*), former high-level athlete, osteopath and coach of endurance athletes.

Baouw energy gels are 100% natural and organic, their compositions are simple and natural, unlike classic ultra-processed gels composed of maltodextrin or glucose syrup.

The recipes are fruity, delicious, focused on performance and easy digestion.
