Composition:

Usage tips:
The Authentic Nutrition energy gel is used alone, without adding water.
Shake the bottle before use to ensure perfect homogeneity.
It is recommended to use 30 g of gel every 30 to 45 minutes followed by a sip of water or Booster+ energy drink.
The opened Gel Energy bottle should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 months.

Très bon produit : écologique et assimilable
Le gel passe bien et ne me provoque pas d'effet indésirable (chose rare pour ma part en général).
De plus, l'effet écologique de la bouteille en verre avec le flacon rechargeable est top.
L'effet énergétique fonctionne bien dans les minutes qui suives.
Le prix est un peu élevé mais il est dans la moyenne du prix d'un gel à l'unité.
