HRM-Run heart rate monitor belt compatible with many models of Garmin watches (see list below) and devices with ANT+ technology.
Lightweight and comfortable belt, ideal for improving performance!
The belt makes it possible to accurately provide the following data:
• Cadence (number of steps taken per minute)
• Vertical oscillation: the vertical movement of your torso and the "bounce" while running (in cm for each step)
• Ground contact time: the time spent on the ground with each step when running (in milliseconds)
• Ground contact time balance: the left/right balance of ground contact time during the run (expressed as a percentage)
• Stride length from one step to the next (expressed in meters)
• Vertical ratio: the ratio of your vertical oscillation to your stride length (in %), the lower the number the better you run...
