The Rad System is a complete, compact and very lightweight crevasse rescue kit for high mountain skiing, ski mountaineering and freeride skiing.

The kit contains the necessary equipment for rapid crevasse rescue, abseiling or roping up on skis to cross a crevasse area:

• 30m of 6mm Rad Line cord developed specifically for crevasse rescue

• A Nano Traxion blocker pulley
• Three ultralight Sm'D Screw-Lock carabiners
• A Tibloc blocker
• A 120 cm St'Anneau strap
• A storage bag that attaches to the harness with pin holder

- folded cord for immediate use without risk of knots or twists
- two loops on the outside of the pouch to hang it on the harness or in the backpack
- webbing loops sewn on the top of the bag to hang all the elements of the kit

- 660 g for 30 meters of Dyneema cord
- roughened sheath to improve descent control during rappels and to help braking during crevasse fall arrest
- elongation of the hyperstatic cord less than 2%, this characteristic facilitates rescue maneuvers and eliminates the "yoyo" effect during rappels or when stopping a fall in a crevasse
