Lacal's Stick Carbon Nordic walking poles are revolutionary!
They use innovative technologies and are the first poles in the world equipped with a patented 3-position (3P+) handle with a quick-attach gauntlet system (1/4 Turn Fixe technology).
Depending on the position of the hand, increase or decrease your stride. Position your hand at the bottom of the handle when the slope increases.
• Single strand 70% or 100% carbon poles

Help in choosing the size of the poles:
Technologies:
•3P+ cork handle with 3-position 1/4 Turn Fix gauntlet attachment system
- 1/4 turn Fix system
1: Insert the clip into the slot at the desired position on the handle
2: Rotate the hand a quarter turn to lock the gauntlet onto the hilt
To unlock the gauntlet, do the same operations in reverse.
- 3P+ handle with 3 positions
Position 2: Pole size chosen for your height, for a normal Nordic walking stride
Position 1: Increased stride, for fast Nordic walking
Position 3: Decrease in stride, or for uphill Nordic walking
•Clip Pad
Placed below the handle, the "Clip Pad" system makes it possible to store the non-slip cap, when using the poles on unpaved paths.
• Tip Propuls cushioned tip
• Replaceable Tip Back Chisel Tungsten Carbide Tip
The Tip Back system allows the carbide tip to be turned over when it is worn. Just push out the pin which is on the plastic support of the tip
