The Touchstone bag is equipped with a reinforced "Double-wall top-skirt" for opening/closing at accelerated speed.
This skirt sewn on the top of the bag allows water to drain easily rather than form a puddle. His diaper
double thickness protects the coating from wear and its robust "packcloth 840D ripstop" fabric resists abuse.
The Touchstone Black Diamond bag features reinforced haul straps with interior handles.
The underside of the bag is equipped with balanced strap attachment points for clipping a portaledge, for example.
Some climbers use the Touchstone as a rope bag for desert ascents (rope housing on top).
